COVID-19 Announcement

Our Plan and Procedures to Operate During the COVID-19 Virus Outbreak.

With the announcement of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Maine, and the declaration of a state of emergency by Governor Mills, our team felt it was necessary to communicate our plan of operation during this crisis. We would like to assure our customers that we will continue to serve them while being extremely cautious for their safety and health as well as the health of our employees. In order to provide normal service during this crisis we will be following the guidelines of the federal and state centers for disease control very carefully. Our team will be implementing special procedures to minimize the risk of exposure and transmission of COVID-19.

What we are doing

We have instructed our staff to stay home if they or their immediate family are showing any symptoms or sickness. We have also taken steps to allow our staff to work remotely as much as possible to reduce risk of community transmission while continuing to provide the highest level of service to our customers. We would like to re-assure our customers that no employee will enter your home or business if they are showing signs of illness.

We have significantly increased both the scope and frequency of our office cleaning procedures. We have also placed hand sanitizer near our customer entrance and request that our customers and vendors sanitize immediately after they enter the building. Our office staff has been instructed to wash and sanitize their hands frequently.

Our Technicians have been provided with disposable gloves that they will change prior to every service call. They have also been provided with hand sanitizer and wipes and have been instructed to use them frequently to keep their work environment clean and sanitized.

Both our office staff and technicians will be practicing social distancing to minimize risk of potential transmission. We covet the relationships we have built with our customers, and we ask for your understanding as we substitute handshakes with a friendly smile during this time.

What we ask of our customers

Our office staff and technicians will be asking customers if they or anyone in their household or business is ill or showing symptoms before scheduling or providing service. We ask that our customers reschedule any pending appointments if this is the case. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is our responsibility to our staff and customers to keep them safe.

We are committed to providing expedient service, but the health of our customers and staff will always take precedence. We apologize for any delay in service, but rest assured our team is working diligently to meet all of our commitments to our customers. We also stress that these procedures are in response to a crisis that is only temporary. We will continue to carefully review guidelines from the CDC and local and federal government, and keep an open and transparent dialogue with our customers. We promise to do our part in helping the community overcome the COVID-19 virus.

If you have any questions and concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to us by email or phone.
